There is a middle-aged man who walks around the car park under Weston favel shopping centre shouting at people he has a long beard cargo trousers and a bag over his shoulder he does this nearly every day for the last 9 months he shouts at everyone "retribution ect ect ect and does a strange sliding step around the car park" maybe someone should check him out it's not exactly ok to leave people to do things like this it makes everyone turn around in concern I notice it when I go to the gym
