Meeting Local Parents of SEND Children in Parliament

I met with local families yesterday in Parliament who have been battling to try to overcome the major shortcomings in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision in West Northants.


Earlier this year OFSTED and the CQC published a report highlighting the crisis in SEND provision here in Northampton, and I'm determined to hold West Northants Council to account in taking the necessary steps to ensure that families able to navigate the system, and children are able to get the support needed to access and succeed in their education.
